Il Vitigno Studio is located on the coast, just 250 meters from the sea and it is part of a complex of units' housing, arranged on two levels (lower level and upper level) and two sides (sea front and courtyard front). The Studio available for rent is on the first floor facing the street / sea. The Studio has a double bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen and a small private veranda overlooking the sea where you can eat outside. In common with other units, there is a large courtyard, laundry facilities and a panoramic terrace. Car parking on the blind street adjacent to the property. The property has a strategic position: you can both reach the sea by foot, or any other place by a short drive. Other units in the same complex available on request.
