The apartments “Sirena Salentina” are located in a very central area in San Gregorio, at only 100 mt from the sea. The units are distributed on two floors: low floor and raised floor. Apartments on the raised floor have independent and equipped terraces, while apartments on the low floor have equipped common areas. All the bedrooms at the low floor have windows or doors with sun light.
Studios are double or twin bedrooms with a private bathroom (no kitchen). Some of them have a door communicating with other apartments. There is only one studio on the raised floor, which is independent and has its private terrace. Other studios are at the low floor and they share the equipped common areas with other apartments. Each studio has: fridge and fan. The washing machine is available at the low floor for shared use. No air conditioned available.
