Villa in San Gregorio, a place on the Ionian coast in south Salento with short cliffs and the most charming bay for its spectacular sunset.
It consists of a kitchen, a large living room, the equipped veranda with sea view, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a studio with its own bathroom, a kitchnette and an independent entrance.
The villa is equipped with air contitioning and a washing machine. In the large garden there is also a barbecue and a large equipped veranda with sea view. There is a fence all around the villa and many car spots.
The location is in the country, in a residential area. The nearest bars, restaurants and shops are at about 400 mt. From the villa you can also walk to the beach or you can reach the sandy beaches by a short drive and use the big car parking by the beach area. Scooter or bike are anyway adviced.
