Villa in Pescoluse, a place also known as “Maldives of Salento” with sandy beaches and a beautiful crystal clear water.
The villa is in modern style with a nice sea-view garden and an equipped veranda.
It consists of units, one with a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom and a dependance with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is equipped with air contitioning and a washing machine. In the large garden there is also a barbecue. There is a fence all around the villa and many car spots.
The location is in the country, in a residential area. There is a restaurant-pizzeria in 50 mt, while the marina is about 1,5 km far. From the villa you can reach the sandy beaches by a very short drive and use the big car parking by the beach area. Scooter or bike are also adviced.
