Bi-familiar villa in Torre Vado, a place on the Ionian coast in south Salento with a little nice harbour and a rocky coast interrupted some long sandy beaches.
The villa is a big building on two levels, with two independent units: the one on the up floor with a kitchen, a living room, a big sea-view veranda, two bedrooms and two bathrooms; the other one on the down floor with a kitchnette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa has so in total four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The villa is equipped with washing machine and air conditioning.
The villa is independent, with a big ground and many car spots.
The location is in the country, in a residential area. The nearest bars, restaurants and shops are at about 2 km. From the villa you can reach the sandy beaches by a very short drive and use the big car parking by the beach area.
