Villa in Felloniche, a place on the Ionian coast in south Salento with short cliffs mixed to sandy bays and a beautiful crystal clear water. The villa is in the traditional architectural style of the Salento country and it has a wonderful sea view. It consists of two units: the up floor with the kitchen, a large living room, the equipped veranda with sea view, two bedrooms, and one bathroom; the dependance at the down floor with two bedrooms (wich are separated, but not independent) and one bathroom. The villa is equipped with air contitioning and a washing machine. In the large garden there is also a barbecue. There is a fence all around the villa, an authomatic gate and many car spots. The location is in the country, in a residential area. The nearest bars, restaurants and shops are at about 400 mt. From the villa you can walk to the beach, or you can reach the sandy beaches by a short drive and use the big car parking by the beach area. Scooter or bike are also adviced.
