Bi-familiar villa in Torre Pali, a place on the Ionian coast in south Salento with sandy beaches and a beautiful crystal clear water.
The villa is a new building in the traditional architectural style of the Salento country and it has a wonderful veranda with sea view.
It consists of two twin units, each one with a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The villa has so in total four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It is equipped with air contitioning and a washing machine. In the large garden there is also a barbecue, two showers (with hot water) and a nice pool (out of ground) size cm 549 x 274 x 132 where you can relax looking at the panorama. There is a fence all around the villa, a big gate and many car spots.
The location is in the country, in a residential area. The nearest bars, restaurants and shops are at about 1 km. From the villa you can reach the sandy beaches by a very short drive and use the big car parking by the beach area. Scooter or bike are also adviced.
